2kShare rosters will not load? Is there a fix?

I apologize if this has already been discussed. I have a fast computer running Windows 7 (just reloaded the OS) due to this problem. I download rosters from 2kShare. The files save to the SAVES folder. I attempt to load a roster file and the roster remains the same in the game... the original one that came with the game. Or, I'll load a roster and I will be kicked back to the desktop. HELP! 2k Sports has a ticket on fixing this, but the tech guy after 45 minutes had no clue what the issue was. I've seen this issue posted on the internet a number of times with no fix provided.

The problem must be with the roster itself. It happens, especially those rosters made outside of the game using editors.
