Courts Not Showing

I've downloaded court mods from two different people and i put all the files inside my NBA2K11 folder but the courts doesn't change/show in the game. What am i doing wrong?

are you running the game on high settings?

everything is on high except player, it's on medium.

are you sure when you copied over the iff files that you overwrote the proper iff files? (after backing up your originals)

yes i'm sure. Everytime i try to put the files in, it would ask me if i wanted to copy and replace, and i would say yes.

ok so the next step is what did you download and can you post a screenshot of your game on that court?

ok, its not an issue with the courts. Its an issue with international versions of the game.

you either need to download Kaaba's converted _lo setting courts or download this logo fix
