Salary Cap fantasy Draft

has anyone found a work around for the salary cap issue in fantasy drafts? those contracts are ridculous

Anyone? I'm getting a repeatable crash to desktop in season 3 of my association. I've used Created players and Superstars like Jordan, Malone, etc and everyone is hitting the hard cap for the first 2 years. Therefore no player trades, no free agent signings. In year 3 if I release a few contracts I can sign the top player for long term mid cap exception but the game CTD unless I sim. If I let the computer handle contracts and signings the CTD issue doesn't exist. Obviously playing association w/o the ability to pick my players isn't much fun...so I'm hoping to find either a way to increase Cap or a solid workaround.
