Create a Team court bug?

I can create my 1st team fine, no issues at all...
Every other team I create no matter what colors I use I get this mid court result...

Does anyone else get this bug? Also is there a way to fix this?
This bug does not happen on my 360 version, just wondering if it's just me, and maybe a reinstall might fix?
