icons pass problem and other prob(pls help)

guys i got the game and i love it but i got problems with the icons when i press D to pass to the player with the B i dnt know whats up and btw i dnt know if its just me but for example when i play the game i go to the menu look at i dnt know setting or smth when i try to go back to the game it doesnt say resume any help pls
