Converting RAR to IFF

This is my first year playing on PC, and I downloaded a CF from Moddingway, but it is a RAR file and I'm not sure how to convert it to an IFF. I searched the forums, googled and messed around with IFF Editor but can't get it to work (Windows 7?). Is there an easy way to convert RAR files to IFFs? How do you know which png to apply it to?

It seems like nba-2ks CFs are better because you just replace the iff into the 2k folder. Is there an easy way to convert RARs that I'm missing?

RAR its just a compressed file, like a .zip. You need use WinRAR to decompress it.

So the CF iff file will be in the decompressed file?

it is inside the rar. open it with winrar and you'll see the .iff file. right-click on it and click extract.
