Harper's a much better choice. He was one of those guys who's potential was limited by injury, coz he had mad game.

He definitely had his moments before injuries slowed him down and made him a role player. He was also far less frustrating to watch than Deng can be, though playing alongside MJ no doubt helped out there. ;)
