Kubbas 2k10 Stuff - Roster and 12 min Sliders

Finally we got good 2k game for PC, 2k9 was rubbish

- Roster Beta 0.3 with added Kelati and Gelabale in Lakers, fixed some ratings, and couple of things
- Sliders 12 minute PRO - AS - SS - HOF

the save folder is the same as in nba 2k9
