BasketSlo9,the f*****g save folder is here C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\Application Data\2K Sports\NBA 2K10\Saves. To explain you,cause as we see you are not genius:
1.Go to My Computer and open (C:) Local Disk.
2.Then open Documents and Settings,Next is Admin,then Application Data,2K Sports,NBA 2K10 and Saves.
3.There you will see your saves (example My Player,Association,Season,...). There you will put (or copy/paste) your Euroleague 2K10.ROS.
4.Final step is to open NBA 2K10,go to Main Menu,Options,Load/Save,Load (Yes) and then load file Euroleague 2K10. This step repeat always when you start NBA 2K10.

BasketSlo9,I'm glad that your Euroleague is working (thanks to me ),but for Euroleague progress,I don't know anything either cause I'm not in team. Currently on this patch is only working (I think) Dunix and Fibaa,so only they know when the patch will be released. I also can't wait for next release,to play season with Partizan and off course to beat Maccabi again .

I did the test
amazing patch only two comments: I saw some faces that I can modify them may improve a bit if I may then send to you, and on the slider that has the patch, it is very easy to score points, I created the slider and ready for 10 minutes per room (real time) making the statistics look good but the actual patch looks like slider and short plays for the score gets too high again .... congratulations ... very good work
