when i try to color the numbers they come out all messed up and sloppy. what am i doing wrong?

because the new numbers must to be in the same place that the older ones.The only reason why the game knows that the image of one number is the number one is because it is in the place of the texture that the game assigns to number one,an this happens with all numbers and fonts

how can i make this i want my blacktop jersey to a custom one i saved the texture of the jersey and edited it but i do not know how to save it or if i save it as 32bit png when i drag it it has lines and it's messy how can i do this... or if someone can do it i'll be happy to send you my designs...
