nba live 08 hotspot list

Postby shyn3 on Sat Feb 23, 2008 10:31 am

I don't see this posted anywhere, maybe I've missed it so I decided to create this thread.

To edit the hot spots you have to play with the players.dbf

The chart below shows the # for each distance, Starting from 0, going to 13.

Edit: (Feb 24 08)

Cold: 59 and Under.

Clear: 60 to 79.

Hot: 80-99.

Very useful for those who edit .dbf files and roster patchers. Like me! Hehe! Maybe you can also add there what are the corresponding range for RED, BLUE & CLEAR hotspots.

I think less than 55 is blue, 55-74 is clear, and from 75 it's red.

Well from my estimates that I used, it was

Cold: 59 and Under.

Clear: 60 to 79.

Hot: 80-99.

Great just great!
I always thought that
red = best
blue = good
clear = normal.

Hehe. . .I was so wrong though! Thanks!

I think your values are little wrong... :wink:
These is the real:

Blue: 0-54.

Clear: 55-75.

Red: 76-99.

My friend staff BabyFace have edited all hotspot for all nba players (like real hotspot from nba.com) for my Realistic Roster.
The hotspots are one of the most important features in nba live 08.

ciao!

Hi Guys,

I hope I'm not bumping this thread out of nowhere, it's just that the image above seems to be taken down already and I just want to know the real values for Cold (Blue), Moderate (Clear), and Hot (Red). Read this whole short thread and I'm not so sure about the real values. Hope anyone can help and apologies if I'm bumping this very old thread. (Y)

0-54: Blue (Least Effective)
55-75: Clear (Intermediate)
76-99: Red (Most Effective)

Heya Andrew,

Thank you very much man! Thank you so much! Been looking everywhere for this. Kudos to maintaining the site. :D Haven't been here for a while due to work and life, but I have to say, this site is still great as the time I was able to log-out from years ago. Great job Andrew! And great job to the guys who had continued to contribute even up to this day. Currently enjoying NBA Action 15 by Manni and the other contributors. (Y)
