Created player ratings

So I've been trying to create a player and it seems that no matter how many flaws I put in his game, his overall rating is always in the 90s. It's really annoying because I want to create myself and I'm definitely not a 90s rating player. Anyone know the solution to make the player rating go down without making him a complete scrub?

Seems that there's a few more ratings that aren't really weighted properly this year, shooter's mentality being one of them. If you're going to be controlling that player, you could probably drop that rating down a bit.

Yes, Like Andrew said, Mentalitys effect the player rating aton.
