Full, realistic player introductions (though I do like the pre-game stuff in NBA Live 10), extended championship celebrations and Dynasty cutscenes.

Definetly player introductions.
Highlights from other games being played that night or the previous night.
The national anthem I can do without. Would watch it once then skip it every time.

That's the thing about cutscenes. It's nice to have them in there for the presentation and I feel they should be in the game for that reason, but I reckon most of us end up skipping them unless we're really in the mood to watch them after we've seen them a bunch of times already.
