It's been in the game for head tracking, but gameplay doesnt evolve around it. players will still catch passes they never saw coming

That's a problem with their canned running animations. When players are moving they need to have procedural awareness to show that they are looking at the ball handler, or the man they are guarding on defense, etc.

what is the cut off date for signings in the game last year i think it was 15th of july.

It's quite likely to be similar this year, the NBA Live 365 updates not withstanding.

the features are pretty much the same as last year. I think there should be a USA redemption mode where you play as usa national side and pick your own squad and dominate the world.

live is only better then 2k because of its fiba mode.

Producer Garreth Reeder has confirmed that the features list on the official website is far from final, already some of them have changed. It would seem some were released early, others appear to have been placeholders from last year. A lot of information is subject to change, confirmation or simply being released at this time.

Do you mean on the back of uniforms or on menu screens please be more specific. Jersey numbers and names on the back of the uniforms have been enlarged for Live 10.
