I think when it comes to NBA Live there's no real advantage but presumably you'd be looking at other games too, so I'd throw out the 360's library and exclusives as a selling point. Microsoft has been shelling out a lot of money for exclusives, especially DLC so that's something to consider when deciding between the two.
