I went back and forth between Jay Williams, Keith Booth and John Salley. But in the end, I've got to go with Spider thanks to his appearance on All New Dazzling Dunks & Basketball Bloopers.

No Chris Anstey?!? Not a fan of him personally, but he fits the Bulls & numbers criterion.

Actually I did consider him momentarily but those were the three finalists. John Salley appealed to me as the most unusual choice for me to make as Keith Booth is one of my go-to guys when naming Bulls bench warmers from the past. And Salley did play a few minutes in that 1996 championship team, which along with his aforementioned NBA home video appearance sealed the deal.
