The Toughest Game so far on Superstar?

I've played about 4 or 5 NBA Live games and 2010 has got to be the hardest one thus far, maybe its because i can't get a steal to save my life, cant get offensive rebounds, loose balls, miss open shots and open shots with Ray Allen mind you, miss layups. In 3 games I lost on superstars I commited 45 fouls, the computer? 3 lol

Its crazy the opponent doesnt miss, I miss open shots, they make shots over defence. Maybe I just flatout suck haha but does anyone else think this is the toughest Superstars level in NBA Live series?

It's got to be up there as far as being the most challenging Live on Superstar difficulty. NBA Live 06 could be brutal with its comeback logic though, but you had Freestyle Superstars moves to bail yourself out when you desperately needed baskets...of course, on Superstar difficulty with the comeback logic in full force, sometimes even the FSS would let you down.

Things are just heavily favored to the cpu on Superstar difficulty. Start adjusting the sliders in your favor.

thats cheating haha After i posted this, i won 2 games. I think I got it now, I still stink on steals but I got the blocks and assist down pretty well. I also played alot of one on one, now i pass the ball around. Im averging 13 apg with my PG so i think i got it now

I also seem to do better when I play more casually and not try to do too much. I'll post up, pic and roll, and run plays and I will take what I get.
I always want to create off the dribble and make something happen on my own, and I end up taking bad shots.

I just got killed lost by 20, I missed about 14 straight wide open shots and a few layups, its starting to piss me off, anyone want a rarely used game? lol

I told you, there is no "cheating" behind adjusting the sliders to make the game feel more fair. Pay attention to the following and see if any of it is consistent-

Does the cpu seem to make more inside shots or get more foul calls when there is a collision involved inside?
Is the cpu stealing your passes or knocking the ball out of your hands during a drive too often?
Is there a consistent disparity in the cpu's favor on the offensive rebounds?
Do you miss a lot more wide open shots than the cpu?
Do they hit a lot more shots with defenders in their face than you do?
Do you feel that you can't finish a fast break without the cpu catching up but the cpu can out run you just fine?

If any of those sound familiar, then change some sliders. Your not hurting anyone. If you like the game, but feel like you have absolutely no chance to win sometimes, youneed to adjust those sliders.

Oh, and just remember. Even the developers said "All Star" is for users who want a sim experience. That basically sais to me that Superstar difficulty is just for users who want a challenge, with boosted cpu abilities.

And of course, the beauty of sliders is that you needn't be stuck with them. If you feel the game is becoming too easy with the changes you've made, you can make further tweaks to up the challenge.

Well i lost my last game by 40 lol think ill drop to allstar I know i can beat the cpu on superstar so Ill hold of til i have a little more exprience, but I wont edit sliders

That's your call. But it needn't be cheating, especially if it's being done in the name of realism.

I swear its like watching a bloopers video with my team Lost my first game on all-star by 20 and lost the second by 13 I've lost 6 straight now. the sliders aren't the problem I just keep missing easy shots, layups, i get blocked from behind on fastbreak dunks, miss open shots, what sliders fix that? I'm fit to just edit my players ratings ha
