These are the things we couldn't include in the Ultimate 2K Mod Pack because they need to overwrite original game files in order to work. I compiled them in a package here ready for use with the Generic Mod Enabler. Included are:
1995 - Bootups
1995 - Mascots
1998 - NBA on NBC
1999 - Mascots & Global
2007 - 2K7 Title Page
2007 - LIVE 07 Title Page
2007 - Cross Traxxion Ball
Install the Generic Mod Enabler according to these instructions, then put the folders in this archive to your MODS folder. After that it's just a matter of loading up GME before your game and choosing which ones you want to enable.

1. When adding a new version of an existing file, please edit the previous upload.
