This will update all rosters as of 2/17/2024.
(Highly advised to already have the 'NBA Live 24 FULL Update' already installed, or else most players will be without faces/portraits etc.

Also includes updates for this years All Star Weekend (courts/jerseys) and a few portraits/headband patches.
(Also some of the players shooting hands have been corrected, Haliburton, Caleb martin, etc)
