This roster showcases 20 of the best college teams from the 1990-91 Season. It works great with the College Hoops 2K12 TE mod that has already been released (special thanks to BehindShadows and the team behind that great mod). You must download and apply that mod first for this roster to work; this is strictly a roster file, featuring at least the top 8 players from each team, with accurate ratings, appearances, tendencies, etc. Run the College Hoops 2K12 TE mod and then load this roster file to go back to the 1990-91 Season when the college game was around its peak.
