This is the roster and sync.bin file for Fictional High School Hoops 2K23. Roster file goes in your "remote" steam folder for 2K23 (with all the other rosters)
Other notes:
Please note that some people require an updated sync.bin file that goes in your "local" folder. Sync.bin is not included with this download.
Both "local" and "remote" folders are in the steam folder that has the game id for NBA 2K23 (Game ID is 1919590)
