As you know sound files dont work with modded folder. With this tool you can convert your wav file to ogg file with a unique header added to ogg file that you can import into the game with 2k16 file explorer. Normal ogg files dont work in player name announces, only music files work. with this file all of your converted ogg files will work in game. Readme file is inside please read it.
