This plugin allows user to toggle windowed mode in NBA Live 2005-08 without any external application.

v1.02: Added UI components adjusted for widescreen. Credits to JuicyShaqMeat and wiscard_rush.
v1.03: Fixed loadbar, player model in creation zone, movies scale and function to enable/disable intro videos. Credits to iceman for videos.
v1.04: Updated transition screen for NBA Live 2005 and added disabling/enabling functionality for intro videos after standby mode at main menu.

1. When adding a new version of an existing file, please edit the previous upload.
