This adds an NCAA scoreboard to NBA 2K14.
Flyout is always secondary color. Uses logos with the dots in the top left/right corners (inclued mine and exrxixxx logos)
Texture could use some work. psd files included in case anybody wants to update texture.

1. When adding a new version of an existing file, please edit the previous upload.
