Adds a classic 2010 TNT Scoreboard & Wipe to NBA 2K17.
Bongo88 made most of the work on the scoreboard and on the wipe FX. I fixed timeouts and Team colors fixed in Blender, notifications and made TNT Wipe texture.

1. When adding a new version of an existing file, please edit the previous upload.
