(Ratings now reflects what their salaries should be. Free Agents & 2-Way Players now won't ask for too much salary and will be easier to sign.)
(Don't worry about the lower rated free agents, you can still sign most of them and will still give you good results. Their shooting won't be much of a problem but their defense will be for some of them since they don't have too much experience especially those who are new to the league.)
(There's also many players in the Free Agent Pool like Unsigned Rookies or G-League Players that have great potential and can serve as a future role player for your team in Association Mode. Try to use the NBA Scout to scout free agents, who knows you might sign a future starter in the Free Agents?)
