I installed nba 2k9, and when I try to run the game... the window shows up and it says:

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling may fix the problem.


WHAT THE HELL THIS MEANS. I REINSTALLED IT 3 TIMES ALREADY

now i installed vcredist86 or something like that, and now the game runs but the screen is black and i only see some buttons like esc, number 3 and some tick. anybody knows problem?

i have the same problem when running the demo

yes i found out what is the problem now... my graphic card isn't supported, the game needs one with the model shader 3.0., I guess I need to buy a new PC. But it's okay, It's totally worhy

haha anyway i need a better video card, but by the moment i would love to solve my actual problem!

since i installed vcredist i can run the game, but there is only black screen because of my graphic card... i heard that vcredist is something connected with c++ and programming, i do not know what is it's connection with runninng 2k9... my friend who also has xp sp2,didn't have to do that to run it... i really have no idea
