Rules & Conditions of Entry

1. By entering the contest, you agree to abide by these rules and conditions.
   
2. This contest is open only to residents of the United States and Canada. We will look at holding contests for other regions but unfortunately this time around it's North America only. NLSC Team Members and EA employees are not eligible to enter the contest.
   
3. The contest opens November 2nd, 2008 and will run until December 2nd, 2008. Entry is free and participants may enter as many videos as they wish, however there is only one prize.
   
4. The winner will be selected by a panel of NLSC team members by December 7th, and contacted via email with the result of the contest being posted on the NLSC website and Forum. The decision of the panel is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. The winner will receive a free copy of an EA game of their choice (excluding Rock Band), courtesy of EA.
   
5. There is no alternative prize and the prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is not transferable.
   
6. Any personal data (including but not limited to email address, phone numbers and email addresses) collected for the purpose of this contest will not be shared with any third party without the individual's prior consent.
   
7. Entrants must not submit replays they did not create. If it is discovered that an entrant has submitted a replay that is not their own or is otherwise ineligible as specified by the rules and conditions of the contest, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
