Patches for rookies from 08

Are the patches from Nba live 08 gonna work for nba live 06

They'll work but headshapes are not 100% backwards compatible. If you use a headshape from 08, you won't be able to assign headbands to the player. Apart from that they'll work fine.

from which topic can i download the patches??

And is there going to be a patch for nba live 06 with the rookies like mayo,rose,beasley??

You should check out the NBA Live PC section, beta rosters and a beta art pack are currently available.

but these patches from nba live 08 section which thread should i download i cant seem to find it??

You can check out the release thread of v2.5 of the NLSC current roster update or check out the NBA Live 08 Roster Patches section in our Downloads database, but the files you'll find are the same ones that are in the beta pack.

If i download the beta oack can i play properly with the rookies and are there any bugs???

Ohh and where can i get a art pack for this beta roster???and the NLCS 2.5v??

As I said, you can get the beta pack in the NBA Live PC section of the forum and v2.5 of the NLSC update in the NBA Live 08 Roster Patches section of our Downloads database.

Both the beta rosters and beta art pack do have some issues but they're the most up to date files for NBA Live 06 at this time and we are working on the proper release which will be free of those issues. I've explained the issues with the files in the beta art pack in my previous post. The beta roster has a few issues with FSS but I've already corrected those since v0.3. I might release a more stable version of the standalone roster in the near future as the full release of the NBA Live PC project is being held up.

But when i donwloaded the beta roster there where no rookies i didnt found them,when i putted it in my nba live 06 folder???/

You need to place the roster files in this directory:

My Documents -> NBA Live 06 -> saves

Not in the Live 06 main folder.

well in the beta roster v0.3 archive that i download there is a install.exe and a primacy fix and neither from them has anything to do with the saves folder?????

You just have to run install.exe. It will place the files included within in the saves folder automatically.

The beta roster doesn't contain any art, which is why you also need the beta art pack.

And again im sorry for the question but i didnt understand where can i download the art pack???

Remember the art pack does have its issues as the headshapes haven't been converted yet, those issues are being worked on for the proper release.

These headshapes are for the headbands right??

That's right. The players will look alright but you won't be able to assign headbands to players using headshapes from 08.

Andrew,there is a problem with this patch i installed everything i putted the art pack and still there was no MAYO no ROSE no BEASLEY,plus the Olkahoma City Jerseys wont load up when i play with them and start the game their jersey are still Seattle Supersonics???

Ok i've managed to make the rookies everything is fine with them but the jerseys of NOH,Olkahoma,Minnesota and etc. wont load.Why is that??

The beta art pack that's currently available doesn't include any jerseys. The pack is also for people who want to lend a hand in editing the files for use with the proper release so it doesn't include art that's finished and ready to use, such as the jerseys.
