A new version (v2.1) of the current roster update for NBA Live 08 has been released. Download the opening night roster patch here.

Key features of v2.1:
- 2008/2009 Season Rosters accurate as of October 28th, 2008 (Opening Night)
- Player ratings updated for more realistic performance
- Primacy ratings updated for better shot distribution
- Player positions and data updated/corrected
- Cyberfaces and portraits for missing players
- East/West All-Stars Updated for All-Star Weekend 2008
- Rookie/Sophomore teams Updated for All-Star Weekend 2008
- Maek's Fatigue Fix
- Player Accessories Updated
- Contract & Salary Info Updated
- Seattle Supersonics changed to Oklahoma City Thunder
- Logos, courts and jerseys updated for the 2008/2009 season
- Fixed Installation Routine
- Fixed Shoes

I forgot to mention it in the release notes but starting with this version I'm including the Uninjured rosters as well as the regular update. Enjoy.

hi,

after installing the patch it says that i should have 2 saved roster in my load/save menu, the other is ignore injured something like that...but i only got 1 save file when i installed it..

That would be due to the update I made to the Downloads section last night, it now uses different URLs. The new link is:

I downloaded from the link you posted, but when I extract I get this message from WinRAR:

! C:\Documents and Settings\Jadd\Desktop\p08v21.zip: Read error in the file C:\Documents and Settings\Jadd\Desktop\p08v21.zip
Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
! C:\Documents and Settings\Jadd\Desktop\p08v21.zip: CRC failed in install.exe. The file is corrupt

Try opening it with Winzip instead.
