pink screen after shooting foul

Hi can someone help me on how to fix the pink screen that appears before a free throw. I think I messed up a file by accident. Please help me. Thanks.

Does the pink screen appear where the screen transition would be? Or is it a solid pink screen that freezes the game? What type of pink screen.

If the pink screen appears where the transition should be, then you need to copy the transition file from the cd. I am drawing a blank on what the file name is though.

if your problem is indeed a transition screen you could do as MJtheman23 suggested and look for the file manually but if you're not that knowledgable about NBA Live files or doesn't want to risk furthering the damage I suggest that you reinstall the game. If you decided to do the manual copying of the missing file instead of reinstalling here's my tip for you but it's not for beginners and I suggest you look for another help.

Open up your nba live cd and you'll see a very large .rar (You need winrar program for this) file that includes most of the NBA Live files to be installed in your PC, you can compare the contents of that rar file to the files installed in your PC they should be similar. i.e. if you look at the sgsm folder in the rar file it should be similar with the sgsm folder in your installation directory therefore you can find what's missing. But I'll say this again I do not recommend this and would otherwise suggest just clean installing the NBA Live 06 game. Good Luck!
