You know who else got Lasik? LeBron. So I'm only 8 inches and 40 pounds away from being the best baller in the planet.

Good luck with the move, hope it goes as smoothly as possible. Rope a few friends in to help you if possible. ;)

Just popping in to say "hi". Been working a split shift (5am-9am and 2pm-6pm) so I haven't been doing much but working and sleeping. :?

Hey Don, didn't you get married too a little while ago? How's that going?

I wouldn't care for those hours at all. Which industry do you work in again, if you don't mind my asking?

It's awesome, honestly. Planning to "get pregnant" within the next six months or so. :-) Thanks for asking.

Hey Andrew. I was at a cable TV/internet call center- a few months ago I moved over to work for Wells Fargo doing collections on Visa cards- believe it or not, I took it for the schedule. The 5am-9am/2pm-6pm does suck really bad, but I get weekends off which makes it worth it (my wife has weekends). I had Wed/Thu off before which gave me plenty of alone time but no "together" time. :)

Wrong place to post it, but hey- nice new site design. (Y)

Thanks, we still have to tweak a few things but overall it was worth the upgrade to phpBB3. One unpleasant day though, I can't tell you how relieved I was when I finished and everything was functioning properly and no posts or accounts were lost. :)

With those hours I thought you might be in the hospitality industry, my cousin's a chef and he's had some brutal hours, especially during his apprenticeship. Definitely worth if your weekends are your own and the money's good. That's the problem with hospitality of course, the weekend work.

Glad to hear you've got everything setup again. Did you manage to get a few friends to help with the move?

oh yea, my old buddies were around for Thanksgiving. We had 2 minivans (piiimpin it) and got all the big crap over here in 2 trips. Loveseat, coffeetable, futon, bed, and just picked up a black leather recliner today

Nice...of course, you're now obligated to help them move. ;)
