Using DB Commander, open players.dbf file from your roster on one side and the players.dbf file from classic teams roster on another. Then just copy West's line from classic teams roster to your roster. Watch for the player ID though, make sure that West's ID isn't used anywhere else in the whole file.

Note West's player ID from the classic teams roster (and from your if you changed it).

Then open appearance.dbf file from your roster on one side and the appearance.dbf file from classic teams roster on another. Find in the classic teams file West's ID you noted from players.dbf and copy the with it. Make same line in your file and make sure that West's ID from appearance.dbf file matches his ID from players.dbf file.

If a player uses a custom cyberface, you can't do it by dbf editing. Only by editing the face files.
