Thanks for that long comment bro
Now let me answer your post by breaking up the bulk.
njkobe wrote:For Parker, headshape is quite accurate now, you are actually improving your ebo editing skills very fast.
Thank you for praising my ebo editing skills, but I still got a lot of things to learn and improve.

njkobe wrote:However, u need to BLEND the face a lot more. Now it's half brown/yellowish and half white-ish. I'm sure you know what I mean

Face color must be similar to body color.
Also if possible, fix the skintone a bit, he should be darker than that.
Now the blending. I realised that I have to blend the face better, but allow me to explain why it's half brown/yellowish and half whiteish.
The brown part you are talking about, I believe is his facial hair. If you compare that part with a real photo of Tony Parker when he grows his facial hair, you will see that it is quite accurate. The whiteish part I believe is the "shine" on the face caused by the use of a real photo. I will not fix that part because it enables realistic shines on the face.

As for the yellowish part, that is truly a flaw in the bhed. I will fix all the yellowish part and blend it to its surrounding. I'll also make a custom skintone for him which means he will be darker as you suggested.
njkobe wrote:Other than that, move the hairline on both sides inwards a bit on the bhed. Then it'll be gr8. (and close his mouth on ebo if possible

)
Now the hairline. (phew, I'm getting tired already

)
After observing a few photos of Parker, I agreed to move the hairline on both sides of the head inward a bit. Thanks for reminding me!
Oh, and there will be two models of the ebo, close and open mouth

njkobe wrote:Another piece of advice for you is that try to treat patching as an interest thing and passion rather than a competition. U r patching more for fun rather than for comments, don't you?

If it's the 2nd case, that may violate the purpose of patching a lil bit imo

Hopefully my advice can encourage you continue patching.

And here comes the most important part..
Believe me bro, I am very passionate about patching therefore it is an interesting thing to me.

I never treath patching as something to waste my free time or to do as a hobby, I have a lot of love and soul for it. To be honest, I am not patching for fun at all. Neither do I patch for comments. I patch for happiness of other people and myself because this is what I love to do and will continue to do. I'm happy when I see that other people like my work and that made my day. But doing all this I expect a little something in return. A comment from each and everyone of you to help me improve my work each time you browse in my thread, that's all. Now if I'm asking too much then I apologize, but that's just being me. I dont think I violated any purpose of patching, but I'm going along with it like a paralell line. I never see patching as a competition. It may sound like I do from the way I talk (or type if you prefer), but I assure you that I never see patching as a competitive thing. As I always say, "there is always room for another patcher". I am always aware of the fact that NLSC is one community and all the members here behave as one. Therefore I dont see anyone as my competitors but friends and mates which will help make Live better.

In fact, I'm more like the third case - patch, see comments, be happy, release, see other people happy, continue to patch.
Your advice did encourage me to continue patching, but I am always entitled to do that anyway.
I was a bit drunk the other night when I said I will retire in MSN..
Thank you njkobe, expect to see more work from me soon!
And for others, there will be a revolutionary in CF patching here in NLSC soon... all I can reveal right now is that it includes me, granthill33, GazuN and counting.. look forward to the surprise!
