follow-up dunk

Hi, guys:

can someone tell me how to do follow-up dunk manually? i always see computer do follow-up all the time but i can't... the computer doesn't even control the players on my team to dunk on rebounds...

Tip dunks are usually performed by holding turbo while jumping for the rebound. They're usually easier to do while moving towards the basket.
