Background lightning and player shining?

I've been trying to find new patches for my game all day every thing looks fine and pretty now with the tnt mods and shoe patches but i just want to ask if someone could reupload old stuff for others to enjoy :/ such as lit5on5.ubr and Urban Daylight Court + Night Court.....etc
