Shooting Free Throws - HELP!!`

Is it me, or is shooting free throws almost a gamble to do? seems like the shooting meter is really fast for every guy, and when you want it to stop, there seems to be a slight delay...

I know shaq sucks at free throws, but I should be draining them with Kobe and others

Any tips on improving Free throws?

practice and more practice.
i had a hard time sinking those free throws when i first played the game. Now i make almost 85% of them... really takes practice for you to master the free throw shot

I have more trouble with good shooters, its so slow you hit it way too fast expecting it to be in the middle but its not even halfway there.

it all about timing u time it rite ull be swooshing them in most of the time.. took me a few tries to get the hang of it cuz its not like it use to be on the psx, in 2003 u hav to be near perfect to sink any of them

it would be a good feature if they added free throws to the practise mode so you could practise them.... I guess we could waste our time and put it on the wish list... hehehe...

FT´s has never, and will never, be an interesting part of NBALive-games. To a point they are too difficult, then for a day they are perfect, and beyond that they get far too easy. But wasn´t it possible in one of the previous versions to press the shift-key to make the CPU take the free throws based on the players rating? Or is that something I made up in a dream?
