Help downloading the Hulk seperatly

I got his body and height and everything, followed the directions, and his back has pink lives arched in the way the name would be. I would post a screenshot but I dont no how to post them :oops:

press F12, then the screenshot will be in ur nba live screenshots folder. then upload it to ur site
