Help!!!

does anyone know how to throw the ball off the backboard and dunk it?

Press the Offball Control button; on the console or dual analog PC gamepad, that's the R3 (right analog) button. Make sure that function has been assigned in the controller setup; also note that it's only available during Practice and All-Star Weekend Mode.
