How to sign free agents

Can anybody help how to sign free agents from DB Commander without crashing the game? How to do it right? What values do I need to check and edit in players dbf?

Please check out this guide. The process is basically the same except you don't have to worry about the ROSTERPOS of players in the Free Agent pool and you're only working with one NBA team. Just make sure the team you're adding the player to doesn't have more than 15 players and that each player on the roster has their own unique ROSTERPOS, from 0 (Starting Centre) to 14 (Injured Reserve 3).

Thanks Andrew. I released my 2 rookies and a 1 year pro player to the free agent pool. Then I "signed" free agents. I got the signing of free agents correctly. However, the 2 rookies I released to free agent pool has "0" value in both the salary expected and years demanded column. These values I set to actual salary value and years value that they had with my team before I released them. But it doesn't show when I checked out the sign free agents.

I can play the game. But it crashed eventually during off-season - resign players mode. What do you think?
