I could be mistaken. I can't remember offhand if those nicknames are included in names.dbf but if they are they'll have a valid SPEECHID which you should be able to assign.

They are not included in the names.dbf

Then there's probably no audio for them. I was under the impression that it might have been left in the game along with the text entries in nicknames.dbf but it would seem that's not the case.

By the way, look through "cpan.dbf" file too. There are some SPEECHID's there, I suppose.
