also, for your tandyurban, is there a way to use the same bbd for 05? cause i remember you made it possible to use 07's ESPN themed court with its bbd for 05, and on your first page, you put {backwards compatible with 05}. i used all files and it crashed with xxx_bbd files

like i've said before, you can not use any bbd for 2005 if its from 06 or 07. so just delete those files.

JaoSming wrote:well for those that wanna help out right now, I could use some help with the "101" jerseys

Basically I need you guys to just make a simple jersey texture of either shorts or a top. I will re-color the texture as needed and pair it up to make it look good.

Here is a zip file that contains I think 10 textures for jersey tops and 10 for jersey bottoms.

http://www.nba-live.com/jaosming/Street ... ackups.zip

So basically if you want to help just take one of those textures and make a pair of shorts, or a tank top. Remember to keep it simple and dont go overboard with it. You dont see (that many) people playing pickup with neon tanktops and flames on their shorts. Take a look at nike.com and other apparel for ideas if you want to help but cant think of anything.

Use of brand names and stuff is cool, same with generic NBA themed stuff, but dont have team specific stuff on the jerseys.

You can either post here or PM your stuff if you want to help. I'll hopefully get some of this done myself when i get a chance. Also, I can take care of the alphas for the jersey. So dont worry about those.

Thank you for any help. Hopefully Ill get some real progress done this week.

I am bumping this so people can see that post. I could use all the help i can get. (Y)

yo Jao, would you know how to edit 05 bbd files? cause the one im currently using is from the AND1 street mod one and thing is that since its 1on1 mode in a cool looking tandyurban gym, i feel like having the shotclock box removed without having the pink. so is this possible or no? if not, i guess its okay to have the shot clock box there

its not possible to edit the 2005 bbd files, you gotta go into the fsh for the bbd and import a blank (completely transparent) png or dds texture for the shot clock.

so what little things would i have to deal with here in the urbabbd.fsh?
shot (64x64), time (128x32), tnum (256x32), and square (128x32)?
edit: ok, i got it to work, but now how do you remove that ONE pole that holds the shotclock?

First thing's first. I think Street 07 is dead. I may or may not release updates for it, but it is pretty much dead IMO.

2nd, I recently bought a Wii and a "Mii Manager" that included a USB Bluetooth adapter. Well it turns out that you can use the Wiimote on your PC.

I have a very basic script for the Wiimote and Nunchuck if anyone is interested. You just need to have a bluetooth ready computer and a Wiimote with a nunchuck with it.

Also I stumbled across some PS3 six-axis PC drivers but i didnt really look too much into it.

tight! when you use the wii-mote, does it work in 05/07 the same way it does for the 08 wii previews? if yes, could you give me this basic script? thanks
also, what is this "mii manager"? isnt it just the mii thing thats already on the wii where you have your miis created?

right now it is "basic" meaning the movement of the wiimote doesnt matter right now. I just mapped moving, shooting, passing ect to different buttons.

Im learning how to use the "tilt" commands now and Basically it will work for all Lives on the computer.

Thats the Mii Manager, it's a cheap bluetooth adapter with some BS software that you can get for free.

So I've been working on this on and off since it was announced 08's practice gym would be an empty arena. I decided to use Madison Square Garden because IMO it is the best basketball arena there is.

Is that TMac doing callistenics in the first pic?

Can you make the whole arena dark, except for the court? Not pitch black, but very dark? I think that would look cool, like a player was practicing late at night to get better.

Yea I still haven't played with shading the arena or anything like that yet. Im thinking make the arena dark with the stairs lit up and all the arena signs still lit up as well. Also get a nice lightmap on there as well.

Im not going to AA those lines, it is much easier and lazier to do it my way. Manually editing that 3pt line will be the death of me patching nba live.
