Portraits: Players' Shoulders

Can anybody teach me how to change the shoulders in the portraits?
I premise that I don't know how to make shoulders. I just can cut (very well, of course) the pictures of players with the lazo tool.
For example, I would like to change Belinelli's shoulders from Warriors' to Italy.
