2007 FIBA Americans team usa shoes and jersey

I have been creating team usa using NJ Nets, i have worked on some of the shoes (some i had problems in fixing). I am just missing the jersey in which i have no idea on how to create coz im new to patching. Can anyone do me a favour and help me create the jersey and shoes? Details below:
