if you can edit the default headshape a tad at the sides then it will be perfect and about mike james' the head looks bulgy.

I see a tiny resemblance with Vade Divac in your custom headshape for Baron
A thicker beard would be good, indeed. And perhaps make the lips a bit wider.

The Mike James is absolutely perfect. The Baron just needs a thicker beard, and the jawline needs to be more round and less jagged. Overall great job, and keep it up.
