2003 Update (partial)

I've been working on some court updates

You can check out Previews there. Im still not comfortable with hex editing color changes but Ill try again later.

Pretty much a partially done complete update for 2003. Most of the patches in here are NOT mine. I only take credit for the Cavs court and the wood textures used in all of the courts. Does not include a roster.
Credit to c0nr4d, seushiro, lagoa, looser, the team members over at nbavg.org and everyone else who's stuff I have included.
If you do not like the fact that I posted this download please tell me and I will take it down or take out your patches.
The reason I did this was because after working on some court patches I got my courts mixed up with others that I downloaded.
Must have custom art enabled.
