How to resign

honestly i've no idea how the salary cap works. can anyone tell me how to resign this few dudes? i currently completed my first dynasty year.

resigning is for players with 1 year left and resigning can be done at the postseason

Ain't what he posted is already the post season? 
I notice that you dont have a cap room. I think you can only resign Mihm and Cook(those player with *) as they qualify for veteran exception. I have no idea how you could resign L. Walton though..
