nope.he thought that what andrew meant were rosters because andrew said that it's included in the NLSC roster update.. he didn't know that what andrew meant was the cyberfaces were included within that roster..

The Barea cyberface patch that is included in the NLSC update can be used with any roster (or your own custom roster) if you wish; once it's been placed in the sgsm folder it's there for any roster file to use.
