Go to Roster Management -> Edit Player.
You can also edit hidden attributes by opening the dbf files in your Dynasty save folder with DB Commander. However, it is highly recommended you make a backup of your saved game first in case anything goes wrong.

how about the salary cap? i want to sign free agents on my team but they said that i don't have salary cap space for them? how to solved it?
