- k Brown got blocked by a Jaric? what a wussy! injured or not that was so pitiful
That is just a 4 inch hight advantage. Yoa got blocked with a 21 inch hight advantage.
why every single play kobe has the touch the ball? it got to a point that they ran out of times several times.
Have it your way and the Lakers will hardly ever score 90 points.

So Kobe gets 1 game for the elbow. I'm just... I dont know how I feel. I still dont see the play as deserving any suspension but the Office has the final word I suppose. Thats why I find myself not watching as much basketball as before. So many games these days are decided by the refs and the actions of the league office.
Thu Mar 08, 2007 8:12 am
well it shows the league is consistent..consistent if the name of the player is Kobe Bryant.
kobe should just keep doing that to expose the league for what it is.

1 game supension w/o pay... i read somewhere that was $170,000 - 190,000 just that game

Stu should STFU about the stupid unnatural basketball move.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IfDCuid_U3I (first three)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4h_Xakqops (first shot)
If you notice on Kobe's shot form, his follow through isn't straight and it leans to the right. But when someone blocks from the side where he can't see, it's kind of a natural instinct to flail your arms around, especially when that's your natural shooting form and when you rarely get blocked. Bias at it's best.
Stu is the same guy that gave KG a 1 game suspension for a punch.
Kobe will get 50 the next game. Book it. It will be deja vu of the Sixers game last year(home game).

yeah, I agree wih this... kobe does quickly swings his arm back after releasing the ball.
anywy, hating the current slide. I was hoping the lakers would end with something like 50 wins this season... but it does not seem like it is going to happen.
Thu Mar 08, 2007 3:59 pm
I was also hoping them to get 50, but Lakers have to go 17-3 to get 50 wins. We have to play the Mavs, Suns twice, Rockets, and 5 back to backs. Possible? Phhhh.
Thu Mar 08, 2007 5:37 pm
so..what will Kobe do against the Sixers when he returns? i see a monster game.
Fri Mar 09, 2007 10:12 am
At least a 45 point game, bank on it. If not, ban me for a week.
Fri Mar 09, 2007 2:39 pm
Dont you think that this season we are seeing much less of these?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2yzNQWFYko
I think there are two reasons that factor in,
other teams are doing a great job denying kobe from touching the ball in the winding seconds in the ball games,
and with very little offensive help and aging, Kobe always seems too tired to shake off his defenders to get the ball and to get a better look at the basket.
And on Bynum's progress, I still don't think he will go down as one of the best centres of the Lakers, or anything as significant as Shaq was. With Kareem, he's set to develop a nice offensive game, but as soft, unathletic and uninterested as he is, I don't know if the Lakers are wise if theyre going to make him the franchise's centerpiece in the future.

Kobe has had like 3 times where he could've had the GW. Unfortunately, the Lakers sucked so much, they had to give the other team a GW shot of their own resulting in their win. Also, other teams double, even triple Kobe off the ball.

It was nice knowing y'all.
Kobe with one of his worst games of the season.

Another Laker's loss... I love to drink the tears of Kobe lovers everywhere
Mon Mar 12, 2007 7:29 am
don't take it too bad...
if you think about it.. lakers won't catch the rockets right now unless rockets go on a dramatic losing streak.
6,7,8..
6th you going to face the spurs or jazz..looking like the spurs they way they playing now
7th the suns
8th mavs..
wouldn't lakers rather play the suns more than the spurs?
Mon Mar 12, 2007 10:58 am
Laker fans, in these time of hardships, I bring you a little joy from way over here in Holland...one word of advice. Enjoy the next one minute and 8 seconds. Don't forget to put on your speakers.
The most awesome shot. Ever.
I love me some Lakers. Always.
Now let's watch Bynum & Bryant kick some Mavericks ass tonight.

Ah fuck you too.
Mon Mar 12, 2007 2:13 pm
this really sucks. anyway, see you next season
lakerskobe247.
I think it is time for a shakeup in the rotation. These days the flakers look alot like a NBDL team. Or maybe this is all a conspiracy for the flakers to get in to the draft lottery...
Tue Mar 13, 2007 10:38 pm
We need Lamar and Luke back quick!
Wed Mar 14, 2007 3:35 pm

Fri Mar 16, 2007 3:23 pm
This sucks! Lakers just drop another game. Kleiza gets a career high scoring game. What gives???
Fri Mar 16, 2007 11:31 pm
it seems like the lakers are only able to play one half and then

just fucked up... btw in the play-offs do the first 3 seeds go to the division champs?
Sat Mar 17, 2007 3:20 pm
